We design and build your website the same way we build our one-time packages: custom, fast, and mobile-first. Instead of paying for the build up front, you pay a flat monthly rate covering the site and everything needed to keep it running.
The trade-off for skipping the upfront build cost is worth stating plainly. While your subscription is active, NorthSite Web owns the website design and code, and your site stays live as long as the account is current.
If you want to own the site outright, an optional buyout can be written into your contract, or you can choose a one-time package instead, where the finished website is yours under the contract.
Your domain is the exception, and it is always yours. It's registered in your name and billed separately at actual cost, no matter which option you pick.
The subscription has a minimum initial term. We'll go over the exact terms with you in plain language before you sign anything.
New pages, major redesigns, integrations, and substantial content creation are quoted separately at standard rates.

Reasonable changes to your existing pages: updated services, prices, photos, hours, staff, or seasonal messaging. Larger additions like brand-new pages or landing pages are quoted separately at standard add-on pricing.
Most routine updates are handled within a few business days. If something's wrong with your site, that jumps the line.
Yes. Your domain is registered in your name and billed at actual registrar cost. It's yours regardless of what happens with the subscription.
While the subscription is active, NorthSite Web owns the design and code, which is what makes the low upfront cost possible. An optional buyout can be defined in your contract if you later want to own it outright. If ownership from day one matters to you, a one-time package is the better fit.
